2ND ANNUAL BREWERY CRAWL & POKER RUN | Saturday, August 6th
Don’t miss the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce Old Skool Style Poker Run/Brewery Tour sponsored by Westport Plaza and Grey Eagle Distributors. The Poker Run will begin at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop at Westport Plaza with live music from Brothers and Sisters. The fun continues with a bus ride that will stop at each one of the Maryland Heights Breweries, O’Fallon Brewery, Six Mile Bridge Brewing Co., Standard Brewing Company, and will drop you off at Trainwreck Saloon where the tour will end. The cost is $25 per person and $30 at the door. Each person will receive a 4oz specialty drink at Fuzzy’s and Trainwreck and a 4oz craft beer at each Brewery with their paid ticket. That’s 5 drinks and a bus ride for only $25!
AUGUST CONCERT EVENTS | All month long – Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre
With the summer months coming to an end, you don’t want to miss your chance to see some of these great acts live! FREE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES | Fri., Aug. 19 – Creve Coeur Park
Mark your calendar for the popular lakeside summer concert series at Creve Coeur Park. Rockin’s Chair is a Southern rock band that has put together a show that celebrates the music of the 70s. Come out and enjoy a tribute to this great era of music that created the supergroups that we know today like The Eagles or Firefall. The concert takes place near the Tremayne Shelter from 7pm – 9 pm. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and coolers with your favorite snacks and beverages and be prepared to be transported to the rock concerts of the 70s. Come out early for a caricaturist from 6 to 6:45 p.m.
