VINTAGE BLISS MARKET | June24th-25th – Westport Plaza

Westport Plaza brings the region’s best vintage artisans and retro retailers to a one-of-a-kind shopping at the fourth annual Vintage Bliss Market. Customers can shop for vintage, antique, handmade and repurposed goods from a variety of vendors specially selected for the quality, style and charm of their items. Admission to the Vintage Bliss Market is free. The first 150 attendees on Saturday will receive a free gift from Westport Plaza. Vendors will be selling everything from decorative items, home furnishings and fabrics to jewelry, clothing and art – all created with a vintage aesthetic. Beyond shopping, event activities include live music, prize giveaways, workshops, face painting, balloon art and food and drink from local purveyors and Westport Plaza’s restaurants.

 JUNE CONCERTS | All June Long – Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre

Things are heating up at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre and the season has just begun. Whether you prefer country, rock, or hip hop, Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre has you covered. Things kick off on June 1st when HOT 104.1 Super Jam presents Future: Nobody Safe Tour. Country Superstar Luke Bryan returns to Hollywood on June 3rd with his Huntin’, Fishin’ & Loving Everyday Tour. Other performances in June include MUSE, Bell Div DeVoe, Chicago & the Doobie Brothers, and Def Leppard. Florida Georgia Line takes the stage with special guests Nelly & Chris Lane on the 25th. FREE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES: ENCORE | Friday, June 16th – Vago Park

The Maryland Heights FREE summer concert series kicking off with a performance by Encore in Vago Park. Encore masterfully blends songs from every music genre including the 50’s thru the 90’s to the most current popular songs of today. The concert takes place from 7pm – 9pm  and the kids won’t want to miss Face Painting from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and coolers with your favorite snacks and beverages and enjoy a night of free music.

GATEWAY DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL | Saturday, June 24th – Creve Coeur Lake                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             The 11th Annual Gateway Dragon Boat Festival will be held on Saturday, June 24th at Creve Coeur Park. A dragon boat is a long, narrow canoe-style boat that is used in the team paddling sport of dragon boat racing, a tradition which originated in China over two thousand years ago. The festival will feature food and non-alcoholic drinks vendors, music, and tons of activities for kids.
